The Overdose Fatality Review (OFR) Program serves all Kane County residents by working with individuals, healthcare providers, emergency responders, community organizations, and other partners to reduce overdose deaths. Our goal is to identify trends, improve prevention efforts, and create a coordinated response to the overdose crisis in Kane County.
