- Cultural Competency: Sensitivity to the diverse backgrounds of the individuals and families you’ll be serving.
- Commitment to Equity: A dedication to upholding principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion in your practice.
While previous experience in behavioral health services is preferred, it’s not required—we’re committed to providing you with on-the-job training and clinical supervision to help you succeed. Additionally, a valid Illinois driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are necessary for this role. If you’re bilingual in English and Spanish, that’s a plus, but not a requirement.
