Kane County Health Department - Coordinated Intake/iGrow

Free, family-focused home visiting programs that help parents guide their children to succeed in school and life. Provides referrals to parenting support programs in the county and some surrounding areas.​ Individual program requirements will be assessed by trained staff.

Kane County Health Department - High-Risk Infant Follow-Up Program

​High Risk Infant Follow-Up Program (HRIF) provides home / telehealth visits by a nurse with advanced knowledge of high-risk infant care. This support opens a door of learning opportunities and development for your baby during the first two years of life.​

Kane County Health Department Kane Kares Nurse Family Partnership

​Kane Kares-Nurse Family Partnership empowers first-time moms to transform their lives and create better futures for themselves and their babies. Specially trained nurses visit first time moms beginning in pregnancy and continuing through the child's second birthday.​
A nurse provides parent support, education and resources until the child's second birthday.
