At ICN SHIFA Clinic, we have a team of dedicated physicians and psychiatrist who are available to our patients on appointment basis to provide free consultation services. A physician consultation includes a comprehensive medical history, examination, basic labs and medication prescription at no cost to our patients.
We treat acute problems like a cold or the flu, pain, dental issues, strep throat, etc., as well as chronic issues like asthma, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, and more. Patients never pay for any services, exams, labs, dental care, or medications. There are no fees, period. TCHP does not require SS# or Green Card # to be a patient.
Two Rivers Head Start is a Community Action Agency of Kane County. We help low-income families reach self-sufficiency through emergency assistance for families in crisis needing immediate aid, case management, prevention services, and scholarships. Our emergency services can cover: Rental and utility assistance, Vision, Dental, and medication assistance (Mercy pharmacy); Emergency transportation: car repair, bus vouchers. We can provide financial assistance to families for tutoring at the Huntington Tutoring Center. Our organization also promotes the Kindergarten readiness of young children aged 3-5 years for income-eligible families; Two Rivers Head Start is a Federal program that promotes the school readiness of children from birth to age five from low-income families by enhancing their cognitive, social, and emotional development. Two Rivers Head Start serves children ages 3-5 year of age.
Our Veterans Smile program only serves the Veterans themselves. We fund the critical dental care needed for our program eligible Veterans in need. We locate a dental provider within the area of which the Veterans resides. We then refer the Veteran to the specific dental provider. We then provide funding for: dental consultations, dental x-rays, tooth extractions, dentures or partial dentures.
VNA offers free pregnancy testing, prenatal care, vaccinations, sick care and physicals (including for school), diabetes and high blood pressure care, dental and vision care, mental health services, low-cost prescription drugs, home health and hospice programs, and application assistance.
