SEAVCV (Supporting East Aurora Victims of Community Violence) is the bridge between the community, students, families, and schools. The team will strive to provide students who have been victims of community violence with the resources they need to reach their full potential. Greater Family Health
Services include adult, adolescent, pediatric and women’s health services, dental care for all ages, behavioral health, including counseling, psychiatry and substance use disorder services, and LGBTQ health services. Additional services include Family Planning, Case Management, Health Benefits Enrollment, HIV and STD testing and treatment, and COVID-19 testing and vaccination. Family Case Management, a home-visiting program, is also available for pregnant women and families with a baby under the age of 1.

Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital
Northwestern Memorial HealthCare (NMHC) and its affiliates, are committed to meeting the healthcare needs of those within the NMHC community who are unable to pay for medically necessary or emergency care. This commitment includes providing medically necessary care at free or discounted rates under our Financial Assistance program. NMHC will always provide emergency care, regardless of patient’s ability to pay. The Financial Assistance program helps uninsured or underinsured patients who need help in paying all or part of their medical bill for care received at any Northwestern Medicine facility. NMHC determines the need for financial assistance by reviewing medical necessity and established eligibility requirements. A completed financial assistance application will help us evaluate eligibility for charity care. Rush Copley Medical Center
Vaccines For Children (VFC) program provider. VFC is a federally funded program that provides vaccines at no cost to children who might not otherwise be vaccinated because of inability to pay. A child is eligible for the VFC Program if he or she is younger than 19 years of age and is one of the following: Medicaid-eligible Uninsured Underinsured American Indian or Alaska Native Children whose health insurance covers the cost of vaccinations are not eligible for VFC vaccines, even when a claim for the cost of the vaccine and its administration would be denied for payment by the insurance carrier because the plan’s deductible had not been met.
