SEAVCV (Supporting East Aurora Victims of Community Violence) is the bridge between the community, students, families, and schools. The team will strive to provide students who have been victims of community violence with the resources they need to reach their full potential.

Vaccines For Children (VFC) program provider. VFC is a federally funded program that provides vaccines at no cost to children who might not otherwise be vaccinated because of inability to pay.
We treat acute problems like a cold or the flu, pain, dental issues, strep throat, etc., as well as chronic issues like asthma, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, and more. Patients never pay for any services, exams, labs, dental care, or medications. There are no fees, period. TCHP does not require SS# or Green Card # to be a patient.
VNA offers free pregnancy testing, prenatal care, vaccinations, sick care and physicals (including for school), diabetes and high blood pressure care, dental and vision care, mental health services, low-cost prescription drugs, home health and hospice programs, and application assistance.
