Aurora Lions Club hosts free vision screenings for children on the 3rd Saturday of every month, 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. at Aurora Public Library's main branch for children six months and older. Free glasses for children who qualify.

The primary mission of the Elgin Lions Club is to provide eyeglasses to the community. This vision is achieved by working with U-46 and the Community Crisis Center.
The Geneva Lions Club conducts a program to provide eye exams and/or new eyeglasses for needy persons living in Geneva or Saint Charles that have been referred to us by social service agencies or school nurses.
New Eyes purchases new prescription eyeglasses for children and adults who cannot afford glasses on their own. Applications are submitted online. It is optimal for social service agencies/health advocates to apply on a client’s behalf.
New Eyes is a United Way agency.
We treat acute problems like a cold or the flu, pain, dental issues, strep throat, etc., as well as chronic issues like asthma, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, and more. Patients never pay for any services, exams, labs, dental care, or medications. There are no fees, period. TCHP does not require SS# or Green Card # to be a patient.
VNA offers free pregnancy testing, prenatal care, vaccinations, sick care and physicals (including for school), diabetes and high blood pressure care, dental and vision care, mental health services, low-cost prescription drugs, home health and hospice programs, and application assistance.
